Formed in 2005 Saint Hill Blues FC has enjoyed Cup and League success in its short history and the achievements of the past season were recently celebrated at the Club's Awards evening at Felbridge Village Hall. In their last season of youth football the Under 18s completed a League and Cup Double in the Sussex Sunday Youth League, an achievement that underlines the Club's commitment to providing an inclusive environment with focus on the development of all players to reach their own full potential as part of the team. At the end of the evening Alex Smith spoke on behalf of the Under 18s squad to thank all officers and coaches of the Club for keeping faith in the players at all times, remembering games years previously when the results were not as positive as those throughout the past season! In the Club's most successful season to date the Under 14s recovered from the loss of 3 key players to Brighton FC the previous season to finish a creditable 3rd in the Sussex Sunday Youth League and the Under 12s finished runners up in the Mid Sussex Youth League, B Division. The Under 15s showed promise with an unbeaten run of 7 games at the end of the season and the Under 9s have played with confidence and style throughout the season and show much potential.

Under 18s will pick up League trophy at Brighton Centre on Saturday 19th June. Doors open 6:30pm, presentations commence 8pm, refreshments available. Complimentary tickets avaialable for players, tickets on door for all others at £3 per head.

Saint Hill Blues U12 0 Charlton Athletic 0 Saint Hill Blues were afforded a fantastic opportunity this Saturday to travel to Charlton Athletics Training ground at New Eltham and take on a combined Academy/Advanced player’s team for a friendly training match. Despite some prematch nerves the boys more than acquitted themselves, really rising to the occasion to play some lovely football. Saint Hill were bright and lively from the start and soon found their stride against a very able Charlton side. After three 20 minute thirds of a very evenly matched game, a well contested nil-nil draw was a fair reflection, with Saint Hill receiving some very favourable comments from the Charlton coaches.
