Club Code of Conduct "To all players, officials and parents of Saint Hill Blues FC. As a club we seek to play competitive football supported by fair play and respect for the rules of the game, our opponents and, in particular, those who officiate at games either in an official or voluntary capacity. The FA has launched a Respect programme to which our leagues and this Club has subscribed. The objective is to promote improved behaviour both on and off the pitch, without which there is an increased risk that there will be fewer referees and coaches willing to support the game that we all enjoy The Club code of conduct, which is aligned to the FA Respect programme, can be found below and the Management team ask that you all take the time to read and support these principles. Our Club has built up an excellent reputation for fair play and sportsmanship in our short history, please support us to maintain this hard earned recognition. Many thanks for your support Stephen Love Secretary" Club Code of Conduct Players are the most important people in the sport. Playing for the team, and for the team to win, is the most fundamental part of the game. But not winning at any cost. Fair play and respect for all others in the game is fundamentally important
