On a dry hard pitch in Epson, The Saints came up against an excellent Sutton U17's team who basically taught the Saints that although effort and endeavour is paramount but without quality technique you fail to play as a team. 'Repetition is the Mother of Skill' and Sutton had plenty of that. One highlight was the Saints never gave up. Faced with a trashing at halftime the lads carried on chasing. Man of the match was Chris Offler.
